She gave us the correct information, she was always helpful and ensured that everything is going smoothly from booking the viewing until the moment that the contract was signed. Since day one Victoria ensured that we are up to date to each step and that we understand the process clearly. We want to thank her enormously for all the efforts she has put into this. We were renting for the first time in the UK and our experience with Stevie from gibbs‑gillespie was second to none. Even though we finally didn't go ahead with the property, Stevie's availability, integrity and hand holding was truly commendable. I have to admit that we were dealing with around 10 other firms at the same time and hence 10 other agents, but none of them came close to providing us with the service and experience that Stevie showed. Living a long way away from our rental property, we've been totally reliant upon Gibbs for locating good tenants, arranging renewal agreements and sorting out necessary maintenance.
