We never ever felt more welcome to be a new tenant in a property in our entire rental history (12y). When we visited the property the first time, René Miller showed us around and we realised immediately that was the home we were looking after for so long. She was really supportive and encouraging, which resulted in actually get to go to the referencing process. The whole thing was pretty smooth and fast. We met the landlord few days before the start of the tenancy, and, despite our lack of energy ( recovering from illness), he was very friendly, helpful and informative. We do have today got the keys, and I do not know how to thank more René, Laura, and all the team in Gibbs Gillespie. Thank you very, very much. All the best, P.S. We had the pleasurable and efficient experience of starting our renting experience with Gibbs Gillespie’s help. René provided a very thorough viewing in a professional and comforting manner. We then started our application process with René also, to where we were very impressed to the efficiency in which our application was handled. René was one step ahead the entire way through providing a very thorough job. We have rented previously via other providers, but have not been handled as well as we have at Gibbs Gillespie. During our recent purchase through Gibbs-Gillespie we were assigned Luca Beltrami. From the off Luca set out very clearly what was needed from us and the expected timeframe. Luca stood out from all other contacts in the chain, including our own estate agent, with his truly excellent communication throughout the process. He pushed for progress with all parties and was open and honest about the status of the chain. Come exchange and completion the initial timeframe was spot on. Though we’re not planning to sell anytime soon I’d strongly recommend Gibbs-Gillespie on the basis of our experience and would look to them in the future.

During my tenancy I was in contact with Antonio Berbia who was a delight to deal with. Antonio was professional and courteous and would always deal with any questions I had during my time dealing with Gibbs Gillespie. Overall a great experience.

Good advice from Sam, the branch manager who was very knowledgeable and offered good advice on how to get the most interest in our property. His team, including Opinder kept us updated with regular calls and emails regarding viewings and feedback and always tried to work viewings in with our timings. Thank you for your help. Christine & Ryan's professionalism and all round skill really optimized our time and protected our family life from undue stress. Christine and Ryan are brilliant relationship cultivators. They were dedicated in their duty of care to us as sellers. Throughout the sales process they remained focused, communicative about what was happening and why. They were flexible whenever this was required and motivational whenever hope threatened to wane. We have found them exceptionally responsive to any questions or challenges which arose in our onward purchase. Together, they have been a sage-like presence, helping us to experience our house sale and onward purchase as their priority. They have really listened to our needs and always showed insight and empathy into our circumstances. Complicated and pressurising aspects of the exchange process and onward purchasing of our new home could've easily caused us to buckle. These waves were handled by Christine, Ryan and Anj with great sensitivity, finesse and collaboration. We will defintely be working with this agency again and we'd highly reccomend them as an agency with which to do business.
