A friendly and professional service ending in a quick sale. We were lucky that we went to an agent that had the right client base for us. Although a little further out of the area they were easily accessible and nice to do business with. Give Gibbs a go!!

Always well informed

There were two things we did not like which were the policy of head office. One was telling all our neighbours including surrounding roads, we had sold our house when in fact all we had done was accepted an offer. Also they took our house off the market as soon as we had accepted the offer. This offer did not proceed and we felt this did not help progress our marketing. However apart from this, all the staff were excellent especially towards the end of the process when the buyers delayed matters and we were trying to exchange. James Sweet worked extra hard to expedite matters and he did what was required so we could exchange asap.If head office had a different policy, and they may have changed it, I would give 5 *. Philip Twallin showed great initiative in getting a possible purchase/sale done. The photographer was also excellent.

Gibbs Gillespie sold my house in 6 weeks after having it on the market with other agents for a year...but I felt that I was not kept up to date with events as they rarely contacted me. They didn't even have the correct email address and they sent all the information without postage so I had to collect it from the Post Office.This was probably due to one then another of the agents, dealing with us, leaving the agency but we were paying a good percentage and I expected a bit more care. Our thanks to Judith who fielded our enquiries.

The Team were quick to respond and get new tenants into our flat. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The team lead by Luke worked hard to get good advertising images,an accurate property description and coming to our home so that all staff hosting visits were well informed and able to answer many potential purchasers themselves. We may have been fortunate that our buyer just happened to be in the market at exactly that time but we accepted their offer within 10 days of marketing our property. We were not expecting such a rapid result and were therefore very happy with Gibbs Gillespie
