I would thoroughly recommend Gibbs Gillespie. They have been professional and courteous throughout the sale process. They have provided good and regular feedback and have always kept me informed.

Rosie is brilliant, I cannot thank her enough. Making things simpler for me when they got stressful and being on top of solicitors and buyers at all times. A big thank you to Sam as well for stepping in whilst Rosie was away. When things got tricky or went wrong both Rosie and Sam already had solutions in place for what to do next.

Will and the team at the Rickmansworth office were excellent. Very fritendly and professional, always responding to queries speedily and efficiently. Would recommend them highly.

From past experience we were not fans of estate agents but Gibbs Gillespie restored our faith. We chose them as they have more offices in the area so a wider database of clients. We never imagined for a minute we would be complimenting an estate agent but we really are impressed with their dedication. We had a complicated sale and purchase and Josh and George from the Rickmansworth branch excelled in getting our sale completed. Professional yet friendly. Very accommodating and went above and beyond what we expected of estate agents. I would highly recommend them.

Gibbs Gillespie Uxbridge has just helped me sold my flat. Their database of potential buyers impressed me; I got some viewers (considering the current property climate) a couple of days after I signed a contract with them. My property was not even live on the internet yet. They continued to send over viewers every week! Also, the team has been effective in communicating and keeping me posted about the progress.

Sarah the lettings manager at Gibbs Ruislip Manor was very efficient and responded quickly to any queries. They managed to get us a good tenant at a lower commission than some leading estate agents.

Professional and friendly service in a very tough market. Started relationship well with one of the better prepared property reports out of all the agents we saw. Knew the market and the area well and were very open and honest on expectations. Very professional and well organised viewings. Handled negotiations very well with a very tricky buyer. Their industry contacts and relationships kept our upward purchase ticking over while we sold our property. Would be straight on our shortlist for sales if we had to move again. I would definately use Gibbs and Gillespie again, they were only too pleased to help us especially Paula and James in the Stanmore Branch,two fabulous people. Extremely professional and always there to give good advice and be helpful.
