I would certainly recommend Gibbs Gillespie - They did everything possible to help and kept us updated at every turn.

Could not have done better

Dominic Hanson at Ruislip Gibbs & Gillespie sold me a house in Pinner. He was easy to work with the majority of the time, apart from when I renegotiated the offer price based on issues unfolded in the building survey. I felt that there was dishonesty, either from the estate agent or from the seller where they had originally agreed to take off 7.5K. When I asked if they could meet me in the middle i.e 10K, Dominic relayed that they had decided to put the property back on the market which was absurd considering that we were a few weeks away from completing! A little disingenuous.

Their service was exellent they chased for everthing ang kept me informed till completion

I would recommend Gibbs Gillespie to friends and family. Morgan was very reliable and proactive, calling me overseas and sending emails to allow me prompt our solicitors for the next action to progress the sale.

Dom, Jenna and the team really helped make selling our home a smoother process. Their updates and feedback were always given, and they acknowledged and helped to alleviate our frustrations when they arose. They were also extremely helpful in us obtaining the purchase property we put our property on the market for. Overall, really pleased with the service and although we don’t plan to move again anytime soon, we’d use Gibbs again in a heartbeat. Thanks again to all the team!

The Gibbs Gillespie team looked after us really well. Morgan gave excellent advice on how to market the property. Morgan, Connor and Oliver kept in touch throughout the sale. Having recently completed on a house that i purchased through Gibbs Gillespie. I will highly recommend them for anyone wishing to consider using them for Sales. As a buyer i found Danny/Luke very friendly, professional and organised. They were quick to get back to any question i raised and did make the whole process smooth to completion. They were even helpful post purchasing our home to guide me with some suggestion for work to be done.

Fairly Average Service from Gibbs Gillespie's Ruislip branch on the purchase of my investment property. Communication was good throughout, I give them that, however the feeling was they were more aligned to the interests of the seller and not me as the buyer throughout the conveyancing process. My biggest issue with them is the lies they began to tell towards the end. They tried to hurry along the process forcing me to exchange earlier than I would have liked by saying the seller would loose his purchase if not exchanged on a certain date. My solicitor however spoke to the seller's solicitor and this was not the case at all! Why did they not think that I would find out?!
