They were in touch throughout the sale without being annoying. Very difficult to do !! The advice offered was authoritative, unblinkered and honest. I just felt confident that they were doing the best they could to facilitate the sale.

At the beginning they were on the ball, but could have done with a weekly feedback call. The manager changed and so did the management skills. At the end off my sale I had to call several time and wait on hold, because if I didn't I knew I wouldn't get a call back. When completed i was told I would get a curtesy call to let me know the keys had been handed over and my cash plus messages had been give to the purchases. None off this was done. I even got a phone call about something I had already past on to their college. It seemed to me as soon as money was paid the service fell away.

Gibbs Gillespie are professional and provide excellent service and hence why I have been with them for more than 14 years.
