To sell my property in Stanmore excellent communication, quick and really invested in helping me achieve the sale

Gibbs have been managing our rental property for 6 years. The were always very professional and proactive and generally a pleasure to deal with in the day to day management of the property. When complications arose they paid extra attention to the account and ensured that more experienced individuals are assigned to it. We can not fault them.

The staff were very friendly and always understood my view. The property was sold at the best possible price which I was happy to accept.

Professional/ realistic advice/ dealt with what I needed them too....had buyers waiting in what is now a challenging market. Wouldn’t consider any other agent in the future after my experience.

Very happy with the service received from Chris and all the team. Helped us each step of the way and were very accessible. Would certainly recommend them.

A fee was agreed for letting. Added additional costs without mentioning it Registered utilities with another supplier before letting. Obviously gets a “ kick back “ Did not transfer over deposit and first rent even when tenants moved in. Have to keep chasing Tim’s us they collect reservation fee from a potential tenant. Made it look as the reservation will be paid to tenant if the tenant aborts. When the first tenant did not go ahead they kept the reservation fee. Suppose in their interest to make sure a tenant aborts!!!

A good service and very helpful

Having wasted two years with another estate agent trying to sell our mothers property Gibbs Gillespie were recommended to us via another estate agent from the town my sister lives in. From the start the communication was constant from both email and phone, within a matter of weeks the ball was rolling with a secure buyer and time wasters were pushed aside. We cannot recommend Sophie and her team highly enough, I said to Sophie if only we had got in touch with you two years ago. I wish all estate agents were like this team!!

Professional and kept us informed every step of the way in the sales process

Personally found the service adequate enough. Given personal circumstances I found the dates for things to be hedged. Clarity early on was that the purchase would be complete early March with the rest of the chain ready. However, delays from solicitors (who in my opinion were awful) and the seller (making an error on the mortgage offer) delayed things by at least a month.

Sold my flat despite the issues with brexit

Charles and the whole team at Gibbs worked really hard in what was a very difficult market to make things happen for us. We were very pleased with our choice of Estate Agents and the quality of service we received. Would definitely recommend.

Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from Gibbs Gillespie. However, due to the changes in personnel dealing with the sale of my property, communication was sometimes lacking.
