Excellent costumer service

All the team at Gibbs were friendly and efficient. They kept in regular contact and ensured we were in the loop throughout the whole process. A special thanks to Josh and Phillip for their help and for answering any questions we had as first time buyers!

We sold our home through the Pinner branch, Stephen and his team were very professional and helpful. They did everything they could to try and get an early sale which was tough leading up to Christmas and the current political climate. Our only criticism is that we felt at times that they wanted to under value the property to get a quick sale. Overall they did a good job and were pleased for us when everything went through and we were moving to our now home.

Overall the team were very friendly and helpful during the viewing and buying process. However there were times when we were promised somebody would phone back after leaving a message with one of the agents, not all calls were returned which meant making further calls until somebody dealt with our questions/queries.

Gibbs demonstrated sound market knowledge and understanding and were able to provide valuable advice when setting a realistic selling price for the property. The communication was good throughout the sales process and the sale has completed quickly.

A few months ago, James Sweet of Gibbs Gillespie visited my property and was able to give an immediate valuation based on neighbouring properties that were recently sold. 1. Rental received in the incorrect bank account 2. better flexible services should be provided for landlords with multiple properties 3. Checkin service provided was not through which is disappointing considering the calibre of agent they are supposed to be.
