I have been with Gibbs Gillespie for over 20 years. I bought my property from them and when I decided to let it, they were the obvious choice. I have had impeccable service in all my association with them. I live in India and couldn't have retained my property without their help. It's as simple as that!!

Very good service

Communication was a slight issue but the service I received from the manager, Stephen and most of his team was good. The attitude of one member of staff Luke Heywood was unprecedented in his rude and officious manner. He was condescending and very pushy which did not help provide a smooth path to the eventual sale.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They made the whole process run smoothly and easily.

Good communications throughout. They worked well with all parties to 'make things happen' as quickly as possible.They appear to work as a team because we spoke to several members of staff and they all knew the current status of the sale and were able to help. Good overall experience

The Service from the Sales Consultants, especially Mr James Sweet was excellent He went that extra mile in liaising with the Purchaser & the Seller

They managed to find a succession of buyers and brought about a sale. They were helpful and efficient. The only problem I had with them was the way the sale co-ordination was managed from a different branch for a while once an offer had been made, and then back to the usual branch without keeping me informed.

OK, though expensive.

I received a good service from the Lettings team but the accounts need to pay more attention to what they are including and including in landlords rent statements.
