Over the last three months we have liaised with many estate agents from a buyer and sellers experience. I was at one point dealing with two branches Uxbridge (Dan, Tommy, Sophie) and Gerard’s Cross (Judith) I cannot fault the professionalism of these individuals, so thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable, informative and honest. Also the speediness of the service and always replying promptly to emails and returning calls. Sophie was absolutely brilliant. Having dealt with Estate Agents in Ealing it’s clear Gibbs and Gillespie are leading the way in terms of quality service. Unfortunately for me Gibbs and Gillespie does not have a branch in Ealing, so I opted to sell my house online. The only bit of constructive feedback I have is... the aftercare once keys are handed over it would be extremely impressive if the estate agent help with showing the location of the meters, how the boiler works etc to prevent me having to contact the previous owners - now that would be world class service.

This is the second property I have purchased through Gibbs Gillespie in Ruislip Manor and the first I have sold through them and I cannot recommend them enough. As an agency they are very knowledgable and all agents we dealt with were pateient, professional and helpful at all times. I was very happy with the price Gibbs Gillespie obtained for the property that I sold and with the process of the viewings, both how they were arranged and conducted. They also progressed the sale of my property forward, constantly keeping in touch with my solicitor and buyers as well as the seller of the property we were purchasing. This effort they put in was invaluable and most definitely contributed to the quick sale of my previous house and purchase of our new property and reduced stress and saved money for us. We dealt with various different members of staff at Gibbs Gillespie and all were professional and efficient at all times. We would like to particularly reccommend Conor and Oliver for their patience and persistence, which really were above and beyond. Also special thanks to Rory and Lucy for their professionalism and patience. We cannot recommend Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor enough and would most definitely much use again.

Gibbs Gillespie are very good at securing clients. They prepare well for initial meetings. When it came to delivering against their promise, the service was much less good. The housing market is tough at the moment, but I didn't get the impression that our house sale was top of mind or particularly important to them. We were passed from negotiator to negotiator. The day to day service of viewings etc was average. After a sale was agreed - much below the agency's price range, Gibbs Gillespie were unremarkable.

This estate agent is one of the most professional and helpful agents I have dealt with. They are quick to respond to your requests. In purchasing a property recently through Gibbs-Gillespie, the person whom I was in contact with, Danny Caulfield, was very responsive and always there to help. I fully recommend this agent.

Great service all round from Dave Hewinson Sophie and Samantha. Everything I asked for was dealt with and I had no problems the whole time. Dave helped me for a long time to find my property. Referred me to Samantha for my mortgage which was quick and easy and always answers my questions. Sophie been there supporting getting this through and has always been available to support on the phone with any questions. Very much appreciated

Good people to do business ?

I realised quickly after being in my house with the person that showed it exactly that my house was shown not sold , which I found strange but never having used an estate agent before accepted.

The service and support was positive, focused and extremely supportive. The whole team understood our situation regarding purchase and sale and communicated well in making sure that our objectives were met. James, Philip were very well supported by the other members of the team in Stanmore, who understood our situation so well and ensured that clients on all sides of purchase and sale along with solicitors were in the loop. Thank you for helping us to sell our property and to achieve the purchase of the bungalow we so wanted
