Gibbs Gillespie Land & New Homes

We had a really positive experience with Gibbs Gillespie, and a special thanks to Ammaar Ali, who played a huge part in helping us secure our new home. Ammaar was professional, supportive, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He made what can often be a stressful experience of finding a new home much smoother and easier for us. His dedication, excellent communication, and willingness to help made a real difference. Honestly, he is one of the main reasons we were able to secure our new home. We are truly grateful for all his help and support. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping people find a home rather than simply completing a transaction. Thank you, Ammaar, for everything you’ve done for our family. We really appreciate it and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a property. Gibbs Gillespie is fortunate to have someone like him on their team!

Daniella Baldus and Pritesh from Gibbs Ruislip was brilliant in coordination and finding us a great tenant.

We recently both sold our old home and purchased our new home with Gibbs in Ruislip Manor, and in both instances Tommy and his Ruislip Manor team were excellent. Tommy was always on hand with updates and to answer questions both on the phone and conveniently through WhatsApp (even leaving us a voice note while he was away). His office team, in particular Rosie and George, were also extremely helpful throughout, with the whole team being friendly and doing everything they could to make the process as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend.

The process of moving into our first place was very smooth and easy. Gills Gillespie have been wonderful. They have replied to our queries very quickly and have guided us throughout our whole journey. Naz has been great at supporting us. She was super easy to contact and to communicate with. Jo is our property manager who has been great with our maintenance support. Thank you all!

I had a great experience with Gibbs Gillespie, I found a place suitable quite fast. A special thanks to Alana, she was helpful and willing to go above and beyond just so everyone would be happy with the choice made, to Daniel who showed me the first property and to Daniela whom I met in the office and left a positive impression about the company. I would say that’s a team work at its finest.

I am Chris Benjamin, living in the New South Wales in Australia. I am a landlord and own a few properties in the UK. Recently I had to change my letting agent as I was not happy the way they provided me with their services.. And so following my correspondence with Gibbs Gillespie in the Ruislip branch. I was able to deal with their representatives named Daniella Baldus and Pritesh Vakeria, both of them have demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring communication and expertise in dealing with all aspects relating to my properties. To my utter satisfaction, Ms Daniella and Mr Vakeria have dealt the entire process with efficiency and care. I am indeed very much satisfied with the care and support I got from Ms Daniella Baldus and Pritesh Vakeria. I believe that I have taken the right decision in choosing the Gibbs Gillespie, who has such a talented and caring people like Ms Daniella Baldus and Mr Pritesh Vakeria. Its a peace of mind when I realize that all my properties are now managed by professionals, who care and support their client so wonderfully. Chris Benjamin Australia
