They were both really good, very easy to communicate with and get hold of and just generally nice people to work with through this process . I would highly recommend this branch. Dealing with another estate agent at this present time and trying to buy a property there is a significance difference in how Gibbs are much more efficient and communicative.

Davina Cole is the most brilliant property manager. I’ve had to do some major work on a couple of maisonettes which has been stressful. She’s been at the end of the telephone every step of the way. She has found quotes from various builders, listened to all my questions (no matter how trivial) got answers quickly and efficiently and kept me in the loop. She’s also been very compassionate and patient with my concerns. So much stuff is online these days that it’s easy to lose the human touch. I can’t tell you how invaluable it is. She’s made a difficult situation as easy as possible. Everyone should be more Davina.

Recently exchanged contracts on a house advertised through Gibbs Gillespie, our journey hasn't been the smoothest but Luca has always kept us updated with the latest information and chased up relevant third parties when required.
