Completing the paperwork

Once you choose your tenants, we’ll take care of the paperwork and send all the relevant documents to you and them. This is the ‘Let Agreed’ stage: we’ll check credit references, follow up other references and discuss any issues with you. We’ll also draw up the tenancy agreement that sets out the contract between you both and make sure everyone signs it on time and are aware of any special requirements. Finally, we will manage the inventory check, recommending an approved, independent service that will act impartially for a hassle-free tenancy.
