Saturday Viewing Assistant Gerrards Cross

We are looking for a new Saturday Viewings Assistant to join us on a permanent basis based in our Gerrards Cross office.

This is a chance to join an award-winning, national property company who are going through exciting periods of growth and who offer tailored training and development programmes at all levels.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Conduct property viewings on Saturdays, showcasing various properties to potential buyers.
  • Greet clients warmly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer potential buyers' queries, providing accurate information about our properties, including features, amenities, and nearby facilities.
  • Collect feedback from potential buyers and communicate it to the appropriate team members to deliver to our vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:

  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients.
  • Strong communication skills. • A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the local areas covered by Gibbs Gillespie.
  • Flexibility to work every Saturday.
  • A professional and presentable appearance.
  • Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A full UK driving license and own vehicle are essential for this role.
