We have achieved carbon neutrality for our core Scope 1 (direct) and Scope 2 (indirect energy-related) greenhouse gas emissions through certified offsetting, calculated in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard. We are continuing to measure and reduce our wider Scope 3 value chain emissions, which are not currently included within this carbon neutral claim.

We’re reviewing all elements of how we operate and making sure we’re choosing the green option at every stage. Discover what changes we have made so far.

We've been reviewing all elements of the business and ensuring we're making the green choice at every stage. We were delighted that our efforts were recognised at The Negotiator Awards 2023, where we were awarded Sustainable Agency of the Year (Gold).

We’re committed to making sustainability part of how we operate. From using renewable electricity and reducing waste to introducing recyclable property boards and more energy-efficient offices, we’re continually looking for ways to reduce our environmental footprint. Our Sustainability Hub shares our progress, achievements and ongoing initiatives.
We’ve been carbon neutral for our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions since 2022, achieving our original target eight years ahead of schedule. This covers direct emissions from our operations and indirect emissions from the energy we purchase, with carbon neutrality achieved through certified offsetting. We’re also working to measure and reduce our wider Scope 3 emissions, which aren’t currently included in this commitment.
We work with environmental partners to support conservation and restoration projects across the UK. Between 2021 and 2024, our partnership with GreenTheUK helped plant over 28,000 trees. We’ve also supported the restoration of 70,000 square metres of wildflower-rich meadows, alongside projects protecting native oysters and supporting the recovery of coastal kelp forests.
