When a Landlord adopts Gibbs Gillespie's Managed Service, we will arrange for a professionally compiled inventory of the property's contents and condition, carried out by an independent inventory company with over 15 years' industry expertise.

One of their highly experienced inventory clerks will thoroughly inspect and photograph the rental property, recording its interior condition, decorative order, fixtures, fittings, meter readings and contents, if furnished, ensuring the resulting inventory report is an honest, independent picture of a property's condition.

Both landlords and tenants can have peace of mind that their inventory is written from a neutral viewpoint, helping to avoid disputes after the tenants have left the property.

In that time, once you have provided your meter readings, you can choose the tariff and payment methods that best suit your needs, or make the switch to a provider of your choice.
