We are currently recruiting for a variety of roles within Gibbs Gillespie across Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.


The Mortgage and Insurance Bureau is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gibbs Gillespie Limited and we are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team.

If you are fully CeMap qualified or equivalent then this is an exciting opportunity for you to work with a dedicated team of professional, award winning Estate Agents to generate cross referral business opportunities.

Candidates will be required to provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients in our busy offices. Working closely with colleagues within the branches you will be dealing with various types of mortgages and associated protection products.

Appointments and mortgage leads will be generated for you and excellent admin support is available.

You will be responsible for:
  • Meeting performance targets
  • Ability to prospect and organise meetings
  • Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations
  • Provide high quality professional mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
  • Explain required insurance products so that clients can make informed choices
  • Communicate with colleagues, front line offices, mortgage lenders, solicitors and insurance providers
  • Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescale
  • Attend monthly results meeting and present results in all targeted areas to your Director
  • Support additional income streams
  • Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the The Mortgage and Insurance Bureau brand
  • Maintain generic knowledge of the financial services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary

  • Ability to demonstrate excellence in your field
