We chose Gibbs Gillespie Northwood as they were the most pro-active agent, namely Mr. Oliver Squires and were hungry for the appointment. Once the appointment was confirmed, we set a detailed requirements and Oliver and his team did the utmost to make the process flow in the manner set. There were a few hiccups on the way, however, Oliver used all his sales and negotiation skills and went way beyond his job role to personally make sure we got to a completed sale!!

We were served by Tommy Higgins who was very kind and professional. He had various options on various subjects available to us and never put any pressure on us. In the last 3 years, Sam has looked after my accounts and has been nothing short of brilliant! She is everything that you would want of someone in this role - competent, thorough, organised and efficient. However, it is not just her attention to detail which I appreciate, but the very personal touch that Sam extends. For someone like myself, whose financial literacy is not up to par, Sam has the 'patience of a saint.' She has gone to great lengths to guide me through, and explain any financial concerns and queries that I have brought to her attention. She does so, with great understanding and enthusiasm. Not once, have I ever felt that I was being an inconvenience or just another 'To Do' on her list which needed to be ticked off.
