Gibbs Gillespie were chosen from 3 local agents to handle the sale of a family house.They were appointed in March and after one false start an offer was accepted on 19th May and sale completed on 21st July. I purchased a property with Gibbs Gillespie Northwood earlier this year, and I have to say it was handled by Oliver Squires with great tact and diplomacy and managed to keep the three way business relationship going. It was the most difficult purchase I have experienced, that went on for months, from lost paperwork to the vendors pulling out of the sale twice. Oliver handled a very stressful sale with great patience and tenacity, which paid off in the end, with all parties happy. All I can say is, to those that question why we pay agent fees, that it is worth every penny to pay for experience in handling adverse situations and people.
