Searching for the perfect property to rent can be stressful and time consuming, so my partner and I couldn't be more grateful to Pebble for making it as stress free as possible. Her consistantly professional demeanour, wonderfully efficient and informative responses to questions & extremely diligent working ethics made our search bearable. Pebble understood exactly what we were looking for and managed to find three of our favourite properties within the first few days of searching. Each property had different attractive qualities, all of them fitting our requirements and had extreme potential to be our home for the foreseeable future. My experience of using Gibbs to sell my flat was positive from agreeing the commission, the open day and the actual sale. My estate agent Chris Sheenhan kept me informed throughout the process and importantly returned calls and emails. He was professional but also supportive throughout. The only thing I would recommend is giving Saturday staff more information when they are showing someone around. I have been shown around by gibbs agents at different properties where they had no knowledge of the owners positions.

Gibbs Gillespie made it very easy for me to rent my house quickly while I wasn't even in the country. Ricky the agent I worked with was helpful and very responsive. Might cost a bit more than some other agents but I'd definitely recommend them for service and peace of mind.

I am about to move into an absolutely lovely house which I will be renting with friends. Our very first viewing for a potential house was arranged through Orchards of Ealing and although we had reservations about the house we were very impressed by Pebble Maguire who showed us around. She was not only knowledgeable and friendly but genuinely interested in us and subsequently very perceptive about what kind of house would suit us best. After a rollercoaster ride of quite a stressful 6 weeks, I'm just about to move into a most beautiful house with river-views, together with two buddhist friends.We were fortunate enough to meet the fabulous Pebble Mc Guire on our first viewing, who instantly understood our quite specific and unorthodox requirements for a house share with a difference, and made it her personal mission to find us a decent place. Without her creative, lateral thinking, great efficiency, friendliness, reliability, extraordinary negotiation skills, willingness to trust us and go the extra mile, we would no doubt still be looking and may even have given up, as it has not been straightforward. I would wholeheartedly recommend Orchards of Ealing in general and Pebble McGuire's skills in particular to anyone looking for a property - especially if your requirements don't easily fit into conventional categories.

I and friends have just arranged a tenancy for the let of a wonderful house - perfectly suited to our needs.
