I contacted the sales team at Gibbs Gillespie having struggled to sell a property which had been on the market else where for almost a year. I was assigned to George who gave me the reassurance & confidence that the property would be sold. George worked with me every step of the way ensuring that he kept me informed with how things were going. He had a very good work ethic and was very diligent and helpful. He often went the extra mile to help. Nothing ever seem too much for him to do. I have now successfully sold the property thanks to George and the team. In my view George went above and beyond the call of duty. If you are looking to sell a property I highly recommend the Gibbs Gillespie sales team. The lettings manager R Dowsett is a man of great professionalism and integrity who gets things done swiftly and decisively. 5 Stars for Samantha Coleman ( Finance) Just wanted to say a huge "Thank you" for the outstanding service that Samantha Coleman provides. In the last 3 years, Sam has looked after my accounts and has been nothing short of brilliant! She is everything that you would want of someone in this role - competent, thorough, organised and efficient. However, it is not just her attention to detail which I appreciate, but the very personal touch that Sam extends. For someone like myself, whose financial literacy is not up to par, Sam has the 'patience of a saint.' She has gone to great lengths to guide me through, and explain any financial concerns and queries that I have brought to her attention. She does so, with great understanding and enthusiasm. Not once, have I ever felt that I was being an inconvenience or just another 'To Do' on her list which needed to be ticked off. She is, in every sense of the word, a true 'Professional' So, 'Thank You' Sam for the high standards of service that you deliver, but mostly for your emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills which set you apart from the rest!
