Julian was pleasant and extremely helpful. Made this move so painless and was reassuring as I had 2 weeks to look for a new place and get moved in. We did everything in a week and when I needed any questions answered he was there by email or phone. An absolute pleasure and all I can say is a big thank you!!!!!

We had been looking for a two bed apartment in many areas through multiple agencies. We came in contact with Aaron from Orchards of London and he immediately understood the exact requirements. All the properties he showed in our first visit were bang on and then it was now a challenge for us to pick the best among the good options. We picked the best and Aaron helped us through the process, very quick and clear in his communication. The entire process was smooth and a great experience!

A very positive experience with Thorgills Brentford. In particular Dannie and Nebras from the viewing to completion were easy to contact, answered all questions quickly and made it very clear what was needed at each stage. They ensured the communication between all parties was consistent and expectations were clear and met. They made me as a first time buyer feel at ease. Overall, they were very professional and I would 100% recommend Thorgills and in particular Dannie. I will use them again in the future.

Good team! I had problems with my washing machine just before Christmas. It took a while until it was solved the problem, because they were having problems finding the Landord, but in all that time Rachel is being great, trying to make me happy with the problem and trying to solve it. At the end of the day it's not their fault if the Landords are not answering the agents, so it's understandable, but from Gibbs Gillespie and staff view, I have no comments. Thank you
