Hi there I was looking to a house suitable for me and a little boy(my son 5 years old) for a long time .It happened to call Orchard London Estate Agency and to speak with Richard Tann.I was really upset that I didn’t fit the criteria’s that all agencies are asking for.But Richard didn’t gave up until he found a solution.He was professional ,he “managed my expectations “and he had a “duty of care “for me making sure I was happy.He made sure that I was 100% happy.In future if I want to move I will definitely do it with this agency because they took care of me too not only the landlord.Thank you Richard and I wish you all the best.

Professional excellent customer focussed staff who gave plenty of options to suit our apartment requirements. Leah was just amazing in terms of not only going the extra mile to support, went beyond normal office hours into late evening to help with multiple viewing for choice. Much appreciate the transparency and trust exhibited. You need to take up with Acton Gardens at highest level about our scheduled viewing through Leah at Northfields and not Dexters. I have already written to them about it and even recommended splitting the favours. Over to you. But once again, a big thank you for the professional advice and guidance with personal touch. We are so pleased with the service received from Northfields in finding our new home to buy. We had the privilege of being guided by Northfields' wonderful agent Leah who so thoughtfully created a viewing plan for us. She very carefully selected properties according to our criteria, even looking up commuting times and routes from each property to my work. She was delightful throughout our property search and always willing to go beyond her job role to help us. She was very organized and knowledgeable about each property and this made our job a whole lot easier. Couldn't have asked for a more genuine and competent agent! Thanks Leah and Northfields! I would really like to thank all the staff at the Northwood branch but in particular Michael Beaumont. Absolutely nothing has been too much trouble, in fact there have been a lot of issues with the sale of my property – none of which was their fault. Michael has gone out of his way to support me and the sale of my property, without him I would have probably lost the will to live and my new house! Northfields were very helpful at finding us the propery we needed. They took the time and effort to properly understand our needs and found us a propery that wasnt in our initial search but fitted us perfectly. Amir was particularly helpful with very speedy replies to email inside and outside office hours -a very dedicated team.
