We are returning clients and on this occasion we bought through Orchards of London and let our property through the team too and sister company, Paul Alexander Mortgage Consultants were our mortgage brokers. The sales team, especially Nikolay Trifonov held the deal together. Through e-mail, phone calls and Whatsapp we communicated efficiently and effectively throughout the process. Nik is a true property professional and always kept the situation under control and everyone in the loop with developments. In terms of Lettings, due to Orchards of London relocating into a central hub, it made the process smoother and Mark knew where the sales team was with everything and was able to respond.
