The service provided by Fiona and her team was above and beyond expectations. Each member of the team familiarised themselves with my home in a way that helped sell the property in a much more effective way to prospective buyers. They produced fantastic pictures, and with a meticulous attention to detail. They were always available to discuss issues in a polite and professional manner and were tenacious when required to chase errant legal counsel. Great firm, brilliant team, highly recommended!!

Well I have finally sold my house in Ruislip thanks to Stephen Ryan and his team at Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor. I had tried two other agents and the first of those found me three separate buyers. Unfortunately 2 were not vetted properly and I had to pull the plug. Sandwiched between was a genuine buyer who simply had second thoughts after bringing her Mum to take a look. Then I tried another agent who could not find any interested parties at all. In frustration I turned back to Gibbs Gillespie through whom we had originally purchased the house in 2006. No fuss and hiding his obvious disappointment to have been 3rd Choice, Stephen signed me up at favourable terms, arranged an open day or two and despite some hick ups, had my house sold in what now seems no time at all. Stephen and all his staff all handled my calls and emails promptly and with professionalism and courtesy. In hindsight, I should have gone with Gibbs Gillespie from the outset as they have once again proven why they are known as the best Estate Agents in the area. Tim handled the sale of our house very well. The first sale unfortunately fell through but Gibbs was able to re-sell our property within a week and pushed the sale through in a very timely manner. Very happy with the service they offered and I would certainly use Gibbs again!

Gibbs Gillespie were chosen from 3 local agents to handle the sale of a family house.They were appointed in March and after one false start an offer was accepted on 19th May and sale completed on 21st July.
