We have been using Gibbs Gillespie’s full management service for our property in Pinner for many years and have established a good relationship with many of the staff members who assisted us in looking after our property. While the quality of service and advice received may vary somewhat from one staff member to another, depending on the individual staff’s experience, attitude etc, we are, in general, satisfied with the overall trustworthiness, professionalism and services provided by Gibbs Gillespie Pinner Office. It is precisely for these reasons that we will continue to use Gibbs Gillespie’s full management service, since the day we set foot in Gibbs Gillespie Office back in 1995. Come to think of it, it was, indeed, a wise decision for us to pick Gibbs Gillespie as our Estate Agent, and not someone else! AH & BH Siew June 8, 2020 Review As previously mentioned in our last review, our property in Pinner has been under Gibb’s Gillespie full management service since 1995. During this period of time, we have personally come across and get to know quite a few of the staff members from Lettings, Accounts and Property Maintenance who helped to manage and looked after the property for us. Although it is fair to say that the quality of service we received may vary from one person to another, depending on the individual staff member’s attitude, experience and communication skills, we are thankful for the services and the professional advice given to us. This is particularly crucial and challenging during a difficult time such as COVID-19 pandemic or in a situation when the quality of tenants is not as good as you have expected or hoped for. Looking back over the years, however, we are pleased in a way that we picked Gibbs-Gillespie (Pinner Office) as the property agent to look after the property for us! To be able to stay with the same property agent for some 25 years or so up-to-now, it speaks well for the choice we made and the ‘partnership’ it has created, and this is definitely ‘something’ which is hard to beat! Decided to sell our property with Gibbs as a result of my initial interactions with Jamie, the sales manager, who had a really refreshing approach and was more than happy to answer the numerous queries I had during the early stages of the transaction. We are very glad we did, having received excellent service from then on from the whole team at Ruislip Manor. We haven't felt any of the stereotypical frustrations, under pressure at any stage, and have always been responded to in a professional and timely manner. They had us a buyer for our property in just over a week, and coincidentally had the exact type of property we were looking for on their books, of which we have now progressed with after some sound advice from Rosie. We have also decided to use the conveyancing company and mortgage advisors which the team at Gibbs work closely with and have encountered equally efficient service from both. We are definitely reaping the benefits of using their in house specialists. It has been as effortless and smooth as could be possible; so thank you to Jamie and the team!

I've been looking for a place for a few months now and although some agents have the ideal property they just didn't provide a good service like calling me back or arranging appointments that suited my schedule. Vishal at Gibbs was extremely helpful and always worked on my timings. His knowledge of the areas I wanted to buy in was fantastic and I'm just hoping the right place comes up so I can tell him to put the offer in!

I've been a client with Gibbs Gillespie for over 16 years and I find them to be very professional and easy to work with. For instance, I recently trusted them to be my eyes and ears and do a viewing of a flat in Harrow on my behalf (since I was 4500 miles away at the time). Have now used Gibbs Gillespie as a first time buyer and more recently as a first time seller & second time buyer. In both cases I have found the staff to be pleasant, helpful, extremely informative, responsive, patient and above all else honest. Having briefly dealt with another, long standing estate agent in the area, I cannot tell you how important this last point is in the stressful transaction of house selling/buying. The staff at the Uxbridge branch do take an interest in understanding what your requirement is and do their very best to meet and exceed that expectation. They do work together at the branch to ensure that they help you from all angles when you are looking to purchase. If you are selling, then you can be assured that you will find the staff at Gibbs Gillespie very proactive in terms of keeping you updated on the progress of your sale. They know the area very well and are extreme professional. They will keep your concerns their top priority and you will not have to chase them. I should mention both David and Dareen at the Uxbridge branch because if you do get the opportunity to have them help you, rest assured you are in the best of hands. Highly recommend if you are looking to sell or even buy!

Having recently bought and sold through Gibbs Gillespie I found that the whole team and the whole experience quite refreshing. I sold a property in 2007 and my experience with my chosen estate agent at the time was horrendous, they just didn't deliver what they promised.
