I can't fault Northfields in the way that they handled the sale of my property in Haven Lane. David and Kieron at Northfields on the New Broadway gave good advice and kept me informed of progress at all times. As well as liaising with the purchasers, they kept in close touch with the solicitors and generally kept the show on the road so that the whole process was as pain free as possible. And they were pleasant to deal with, which I set high value on in what is a stressful situation. I chose Northfields from my short list in the belief that their professional approach combined with an in-depth knowledge of and commitment to a small patch would serve me better than the local branch of a national chain. Not only did we get a better price than I had expected, the whole procedure from their appointment to completion took less than 4 months. in what for many is a very tough market. Thanks boys.

We recently completed purchase of a property with Gibbs Gillespie Pinner as the estate agents.They were very helpful and cooperative right from the start.The sales consultant George Stone helped us with all the information we required about the property very promptly.The response was very quick and he kindly arranged multiple viewing of the property which helped us in the decision making process to make an offer.They provided us with professional service throughout the purchase process.

Just hours ago we received the wonderful news that our property sale has Completed and in record time, just 5 weeks from the viewing! Truly we are over the moon. We cannot thank the team at Northfields estate agents (Pitshanger branch) enough for their efforts, especially Leah and Amir that made it all happen against a challenging market. We had tried the market in 2017 with another local agent but were unsuccessful. From start to finish the process of selling our property was conducted in an extremely professional and proactive manner. Furthermore the marketing and brochure produced was 1st class. Once we had accepted the offer it was full steam ahead. Amir was on hand every step of the way guiding and keeping us fully up to date with the state of play. Chasing Solicitors and maintain close contact with the buyers. Momentum was maintained throughout the process which was especially significant in our case to make the sale happen. Communication with Northfields Pitshanger office and Amir, even for the smallest of matters/queries was no trouble at all and we were never made to feel a nuisance. During the process of the sale we were in fact out of the country for a week (in a different time zone) however the team were always contactable even on their mobile phones AOH. Towards the end inevitably even when faced with the stresses of packing in such a short time frame Amir gave us sound and practical advice. Cannot recommend them enough! Looking ahead we will be sure to keep in close contact with Amir so as to work his magic when it comes to sourcing our perfect house purchase in Ealing!
