No question, regarding the purchase of the property, was ever too much trouble. She is a highly motivated individual, but never pushy. Being a government employee my wife and I had limited time (a week) to find a place in the London area. Under pressure, our search focused in on the Northwood area of Greater London. We initially dealt with Andrea Merle prior to our arrival through emails and phones calls to set up appointments. She was very friendly, prompt and accommodating. When it came to view the houses it was Julian Tabesh that we dealt with, he would meet us at each of the properties at the specified times (which included 4 successive viewing one afternoon). He was very accommodating when we mixed up addresses, and he was quick to get us back on schedule for the remainder. We found the service from both Andrea & Julian to be both friendly and professional. In particular, Julian was very prompt, patient and flexible. Overall, a pleasant experience dealing with the Northwood office, due mainly to Andrea's and Julian's positive approach, their friendly mannerism and professionalism. They both come highly recommended.
