Moved into my rental property in July thanks to the professional service and patience I received from Isaac Wren. I had many viewings through lots of different agents and from start to finish the service I received from Gibbs Gillespie outshone the other agents. The contract was executed without fuss and Gibbs Gillespie kept me updated throughout the referencing process. Minor issues with the property were also addressed immediately. I love the house and hope to remain a longstanding tenant.

Quick and efficient in handling our concerns, esp with the drainage problem we had recently. Special thanks to Lucy Kelly. Always made sure we were updated on the progress and chased the engineers to come and fix it. Much appreciated !

Thorgills have been very professional throughout my purchase. I met Luigi several times and he has always been very prompt or early for our appointments. He took the time to show around the whole building without the feeling of being rushed. I would definitely recommend them.

It took a year to sell our home, but Gibbs were fantastic throughout. When we encountered difficulties, Michael and Rianna were supportive and professional at helping us to overcome them and gave good advice. The team were all friendly and professional, and we highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the professionalism and excellent service of Northfields. We live abroad and had limited time to look at properties - over several visits, your agents quickly understood our needs and were very helpful with arranging visits and sending details even after we had returned home. Kieron was great! Once we’d identified a property, he was so helpful getting us from the offer though the closing. He shared helpful contacts (surveyor, solicitors, etc) and was very flexible in allowing these and other service providers in to the flat, which made the process very smooth despite the distance. Would highly recommend.

The whole team very professional and helpful. Andrea carried out our viewings and always chased up any queries we had with landlords.
