My husband and I recently sold our property via the Northfields Ealing Office. We found the team incredibly professional and easy to work with. From our initial meeting Alejandro took the time to understand the key selling points of our property. He was also very accommodating with arranging viewings around our family life, and was meticulous in ensuring that only serious buyers were shown around. Selling your home isn’t an easy process particularly with a busy family and work life to juggle and we really appreciated the quick and honest feedback Alejandro garnered after every viewing, and the guidance he and also Kieron offered once we actually sold our property - both going the extra mile to follow up with the relative parties to ensure things were moving. We’d definitely use them again and are now hoping they’ll help us find our next home!

A very positive experience of dealing with the Lettings Department. The flat was rented within 3 days of the listing and achieve a price I was happy with. The team where knowledgeable about the area, totally professional and gave me regular updates as agreed. The flat had been with another agency for 9 weeks and did not secure a tenant yet Northfields managed this in 3 days - so the proof is in their fabulous service & delivering a contract in record time. Prompt and professional response

I initially listed the property with Haart Estate Agents and had a horrendous experience with them. Their service was the worst I had ever experienced (More Haart failure then Haart warming)! I then relisted with Gibbs and dealt with Grant Pettersson. Grant was fantastic start to finish, always available, always helpful and just a pleasure to deal with generally. He is very genuine, straight talking chap and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He made me feel very much at ease and informed during the whole process. I would highly reccomend Gibbs Gillespie.

I had an unpleasant start with Thorgills, but dealing with Haffeeza Rasheed towards the end of my tenancy made it all better. She is very patient and she saw every issue through to the end.
