I am about to move into an absolutely lovely house which I will be renting with friends. Our very first viewing for a potential house was arranged through Orchards of Ealing and although we had reservations about the house we were very impressed by Pebble Maguire who showed us around. She was not only knowledgeable and friendly but genuinely interested in us and subsequently very perceptive about what kind of house would suit us best. This was not our experience with other estate agents and we quickly found ourselves placing more trust in Orchards, largely due to the professional relationship we developed with Pebble. Although the process from finding a house to signing a tenancy agreement has been quite complex, Pebble kept us fully informed, offered constructive advice and came up with creative solutions to overcome any problems that arose along the way. After a rollercoaster ride of quite a stressful 6 weeks, I'm just about to move into a most beautiful house with river-views, together with two buddhist friends.We were fortunate enough to meet the fabulous Pebble Mc Guire on our first viewing, who instantly understood our quite specific and unorthodox requirements for a house share with a difference, and made it her personal mission to find us a decent place. Without her creative, lateral thinking, great efficiency, friendliness, reliability, extraordinary negotiation skills, willingness to trust us and go the extra mile, we would no doubt still be looking and may even have given up, as it has not been straightforward. I would wholeheartedly recommend Orchards of Ealing in general and Pebble McGuire's skills in particular to anyone looking for a property - especially if your requirements don't easily fit into conventional categories.

I and friends have just arranged a tenancy for the let of a wonderful house - perfectly suited to our needs. From the moment I walked in there, Pebble was extremely pleasant, caring, and helped me every step of the way. She had a warm, friendly persona and really wanted to find the perfect place for me, with no pressure at all. Pebble was so kind and sensitive and understood our concerns, but always knew how to help me and my and I stay positive and find the perfect flat. The flat we ended up moving in to wasn't even one that we had booked a viewing for originally, but after viewing a couple flats, she said she knew exactly what we would love and went out of her way to show us this property that we are now in.
