I am pleased to rate highly Kelly Luper , Holly Pendred and Sophie Hayes in looking after me during the transitionary phase between two tenants for my flat . They were all extremely efficient courteous and professional in their approach . I didn’t feel my presence was needed . Replies were very prompt always . A good property management team . I dealt with Leah Verasammy from Northfields Pitshanger office, and found her very professional, helpful and always with the correct update on a very long and difficult sale. She called back quickly if not there, she kept me up to date, she was persistent with my buyer and I have never dealt with any estate agent in the past with the same credentials! An absolute pleasure to deal with, thoroughly recommended!

Really helpful and understanding of our situation. Breydon and Danielle made sure we were always informed of any upcoming steps that needed to be done, and talked us through it so we understood every small detail. We also went into the agency almost everyday to ask more questions; they always had smiles and answers even if it was 7mins before their closing time! Great customer service and genuinely caring staff :)

I sold my flat in Feb-2021(on shared ownership) via Orchards of London (West World branch) and I'm extremely happy with their service. A special shout out to Gentiana Kashtanjevci who has been really professional and communicative throughout the selling process. I was constantly kept updated by Gentiana and she has gone over and beyond her core duties by chasing up on the Solicitors as well. During her absence (vacation), the rest of the team stepped in to ensure there is no gap in the communication and thereby an excellent display of teamwork. Special thanks to Liam Doherty and Michael Odgen who provided their assistance to ensure that as a seller, I am not panicking! Good experience with Thorgills So far. They are good in customer response and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am happy with there services so far. Kat Felton is managing our property in Brentford Branch and is very cooperative and proactive in resolving all the issues.

I must admit that the purchase became very stressful at times but Sam stepped in to liaise with all concerned and come up with sensitive solutions that all parties could work with. Definitely went over and above in order to make our re-location possible! Great work, thank you Sam!

Robert and the team at Gibbs Gillespie did a fantastic job throughout the sales process. They kept me informed regularly, help push the sale forward by being a key part of the communication between my solicitors and the buyers' solicitors and very kindly performed my home inspections every week to keep my insurance from invalidating after I left the house. I couldn't have asked for more from them and appreciate all of their help and time throughout the sales process. I also found their fees to be extremely competitive!
