I did not end up finding a property through Gibbs Gillespie but I found Troy Bell to be friendly, helpful and professional in my exchanges with him via email and on the phone. I really appreciated him actively sending me potential matches without having to ask.

Excellent all round!! I have been dealing with about 20 different estate agents from various areas and have to say Gibbs Gillespie are by far the BEST. I can't believe how FAST and EFFICIENT their service is. No time wasting, very profession and extremely happy and friendly service!! Great Team. I have used Gibbs Gillespie to rent out my property for the over 12 years. Over that time I've had a number of agents dealing with issues as they arise. On an overall basis I was very happy with the service provided. Recently I was forced down the legal repossession route as local authorities won't rehouse unless it goes to sending in the bailiff. Our tenant carried no blame in this, we just wanted to take possession and sell. Throughout the process the Gibbs Gillespie lettings team were excellent and very informative, helpful and supportive. Key contacts throughout the years were Nicola Martin and more recently Ricky Dowsett. Couldn't fault them in any way. Very happy we chose GG to manage our property. Highly recommended.

Ekaterina has been brilliant these last few years throughout the tenancy. I could not have asked for more in a property manager. Efficient, organised and good fun - I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good, solid agent to manage a tenancy. I felt in very safe hands.
