All the communication with Thorgills has been very efficient and on point. The paperwork and procedures were explained very thoroughly, so that we were well informed while signing the contract . For me it is my first time renting an accommodation in London so a few things were new to me, but Emma and Haffeeza have been very patient with us and I really appreciate that. If there's ever a problem, I know their office is near by so I can reach them easily. Good experience!
