Really friendly and helpful

We recently rented a property through the Gibbs Gillespie Rickmansworth office. After missing out on many properties in our search we were more than a little anxious to secure this one. Isaac and Ashley worked quickly and efficiently to process our offer, even calling the landlord and ourselves after business hours. Our move was within 10 days and thanks their hard work and organisation the whole process was stress free. I would have no hesitation in using them again for our next move.

We decided to use Gibbs Gillespie after our time with Purple Bricks failed to obtain any decent offers on our property that we were trying to sell for 3 months. It was after much consideration as we were financially committed to PB so using Gibbs meant if they were able to sell our property, we would have 2 fees to pay. They arranged open days and ad hoc viewings and sold our house for the asking price. PB's are cheaper but you get what you pay for! Gibbs were from the beginning looking out for our best interest. We were looking for a property to up size and one that more importantly would cater for our child's disability and they made sure the properties they were putting forward met our requirements. Even when we found a property through another agent, I sought their advice. We found them very approachable and professional. Reaching out to Gibbs played to my advantage as I was able to put a sensible offer on the property that was later accepted. I would definitely recommend Gibbs to anyone who wishes to sell their property and should we decide to move in the future, I will definitely be using them again. Moving can be very stressful but the guys in the Pinner office made the whole process straight forward and relatively stress free. All round good experience and highly recommended.
