She couldn't have been more helpful in understanding our requirements and promptly organised viewings not only for the one we were interested in, but also for another property that she suggested would also be of interest. We really appreciated her professionalism and willingness to be available and open to any queries we had during the viewings. Our experience with others at this office has also been faultless.

We worked with Paul on our house sale and found him very friendly and professional. When discussing what price to put our home up for Paul showed that he was familiar with the area and well-researched. He always contacted us when he said he would and kept us up to date. He was well connected with other estate agents in the area and that proved really helpful on occasion. He also did a great job keeping our buyer happy when we took some time finding somewhere to move to. Whenever we called the office, whoever we spoke to on the phone was helpful and polite. Overall, we were really pleased with Gibbs Gillespie, and Paul in particular - they were a nice, straightforward part in an otherwise stressful process. Would certainly recommend.

Gibbs Northwood did a great job selling my property. Dan managed the sale and the whole process was relatively seemless - communication was excellent, all parties were kept in the loop and on move day even my buyer praised Dan's help. This is in contrast to another Northwood agency who I initially engaged (Robsons), they only managed to get me a few viewings, of which i got little feedback. The property I moved into was sold by Robsons and on moving in day they weren't even aware that i was completing,- I feel I'd get better customer attention when buying a bar of chocolate than from buying a house from this agent. In summary, Dan/Gibbs did a great job and I'm pleased I switched agents, I'd highly recommend them to anyone selling a property in the area.
