From start to finish Rosie Pierce was amazing! Guiding us through what has been a very challenging and difficult sale process, her knowledge and professionalism has been on point! Regularly keeping us up to date on all aspects, going above and beyond her role and keeping a pregnant hormonal woman calm!! A tough job! We recently viewed a couple of properties with Amir from Northfields estate agents. Amir was very sensible, helpful and easy to talk to. It was one of our best viewing experiences so far. I had a very good experience with the Pitshanger branch of Northfields estate agents. I met Leah at a couple of properties and found her to be knowledgable, genuine and easy to talk to. Although in the end we did not purchase a property that Leah showed us, she nevertheless offered us ongoing advice with all aspects of our move and this was really appreciated. I took her up on her offer and have spoken to her a few times in the conveyancing process when I needed a bit of advice. Leah clearly knows her area and was able to provide us with her expert opinion and gave me reassurance. Because of her approachable and friendly personality, we will definately be coming back to her in the future. Thanks very much Leah for helping us through what has been a very stressful process!
