The process of finding a new place, negotiating rent and all the papers ran very smooth with Orchands. Everybody knows how moving is a stressing period and they made things much easier for us. Also I couldn't recommend better Orchands' agent Ansar Patel. He was extremely professional and were on time with everything we needed.

My partner and I were looking for a new property to live, found a place we liked and called Orchards. Ansar was on hand to help. He was immediately friendly, honest and open with us on the potential availability. He helped us to negotiate a rental price and moving date that was agreeable for all, and in between he's always been prompt in answering emails and giving the answers we've needed. A superb service!
