We have used this branch twice, and been very happy with the service we have been given, Chris, has gone out of his way to help, popped round, phone etc could not fault, Robbie always turned up with a smile, when viewing....so yes we would not hesitate to recommend the guys at the Harrow branch

I had to sell a property in difficult circumstances, as executor of a will, and I do not live locally to the property. Gibbs Gillespie demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the local market, and took care of all viewings. They achieved a large number of viewings over the first few weeks - much more sustained than an initial burst which is all some agents can manage. They obtained feedback from nearly all the viewers, and it became clear from that feedback that the property genuinely was overpriced (it was smaller than many nearby properties and did require substantial work). Gibbs Gillespie advised in terms of a price reduction, after which the property was sold at close to the revised price. I was pleased that I was kept informed throughout, and felt that the team was very professional.
