I highly recommend the team at this branch . They are professional and committed to ensuring they support you in either your sale or purchase. I had a extremely bad experience with another estate agents for the sale of my property and changed to Gibbs Gillespie and they have been amazing ! A personal thank you to David & the other guys for finding me a buyer and Kasia whom since has managed the sale . She is so professional and her skills of communication and kindness when you are stressed are of the highest quality ! . A asset to the company and I am so great full to her and the whole team for their work in helping me both sale my flat so I can buy my new home . Thank you guys :) !!!

We are into our second year now with Gibbs Gillespie and I've been really impressed with the service. This is a well organised team of professionals! Our property manager Divina Cole is brilliant. Nothing is ever a problem, she gets on to everything instantly, always replies quickly and keeps me updated. I feel really looked after in her hands - it really makes a difference to get quality customer service like this. As a team, they are super professional and organised and the communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient and organised team of agents to look after your property.

As a first time landlord we found Gabriele to be helpful and very patient. He took time to understand what we wanted and has found us good tenants. I found some of the finer details a little unclear as there's not much written info other than the shiny sales brochures. I think that could be improved. I am unimpressed with the "landlord portal" which is still devoid of anything useful. Providing I keep getting responsive help via email/phone I'm happy with the service Northfields provide.

Nothing but an excellent review for Divina @ Pinner Gibbs Gillespie. We had an issue with our heating which required a change of boiler and Divina was accessible, responsive and polite throughout at what was a fairly anxious time with intermittent heat, a young family and a cold snap!
