They also helped to speed the purchase along when issues arised and kept in regular contact with all parties involved. Altogether a very positive experience.

Polite service. However frequently did not feel informed due to lack of communication. Member of staff changes made it unclear who was dealing with the property.

Absolutely fantastic. Charlie Miller, Branch Manager at Uxbridge helped me to negotiate the price of the house even when I was abroad. He did all he could to speed up the sale during the long process via solicitors. He constantly reassured me that all was going well. I felt he went over and above his remit to help me buy the house that I had been searching for, for many years. Thank you so much

Nikki Martin fantastic support with a difficult tenant Accounting reports are mostly unhelpful since repairs are financed from rent and the float - which makes my own tax accounting more complicated than need be. I would prefer the float to stay constant each month/
