The service I received was excellent. My house was marketed and sold very quickly. The support during the completion was monitored and I was kept informed. The final part of the completion process was supported by Danielle who ensured the target date was met.

The service overall from Gibbs Pinner was good was kept up to date with communications from buyer eg negotiations, move date etc.

They were ok, pleasant to deal with, arranged viewings per our request. On the flip side not very responsive to issues raised by the survey, did not return calls most of the time

Staff always ready/willing to deal with me(Landlord),at all times. Kept in touch quickly when matters had changed in order to keep prospective Tenants happy. Travelling Tenants are often very busy & want immediate responses. Well Done G/G & Staff.

Once initial viewing by estate agent done, which was positive, I found feedback from agent after viewings very negative and was concerned that this was passed on to prospective buyers. Recommended solicitors were poor and we basically had to tell them what to do. On transfer day they failed to transfer the money on that day even though money received at solicitors before midday and they charged me £40 for same day transfer, not refunded. I also called Gibbs Gillespie on that day and they failed to return my call. Also disappointed that I did not get any further correspondence from agents once sale complete, I thought a letter thanking me for my custom would have been appropriate.

George made the process of us purchase our property alot less stressful. He was a great help, kept us informed and updated constantly and sorted any problems as soon as possible!
