My main dealings with Gibbs Gillespie was with the sale of my parents house, initially I dealt with Philip Twallin whom over time I built a good relationship with, I was provided with regular feedback and lately as a buyer was identified the team in the Stanmore office provided me with regular updates. I was very pleased and would recommend this team.

Overvalued our house.

I felt harassed to exchange contracts quickly. On completion I was given the wrong set of keys and found the door to the house open.

The lettings and property management have been good, and the staff at the offices mentioned have been friendly, and a little quick with their service, and quite efficient. However, at times the tenancy contract department have not been at their best. E- mails though read and acted upon, have not always been read thoroughly enough. I have had to repeat my request two, sometimes three times, which is rather frustrating. It also allows time to be wasted when in a hurry.

Swift and efficient. Deliver on time and get tenants in within the time frame requested.

Viewing was easily arranged. Smooth and fast negotiation process. Sophie the Moving Manager was closely following up our purchase which was great!
