We're pleased to announce our doors are open once again and we have introduced some new technology to help keep our staff and clients safe.
People’s housing and moving needs are important for getting life back to some semblance of normality and an essential part of the UK economy.
It is absolutely essential we now repay the trust placed in us, by ensuring first and foremost the health and safety of our staff and our customers are a top priority. This is why we have put the following procedures in place so you can trust that your home is in safe hands when it comes to marketing and arranging viewings.
Our staff will be resuming work in line with all Government guidelines including:
• Keeping a 2m distance from their colleagues and customers.
• Check our clients, buyers, and tenants are not self-isolating or displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 and have not received a positive diagnosis before arranging any physical viewings.
• All staff will be equipped with the appropriate PPE and hand sanitisers for use on appointments.
• Gibbs Gillespie has employed the latest immersive technology to ensure we have accompanied buyers/tenants on a virtual viewing before any physical viewings take place.
• Sellers and tenants will be asked to temporarily vacate the property during a physical viewing and open all windows and doors for good ventilation where possible.
• Those entering clients properties will be advised as to precautionary Health & Safety steps to be taken.
We’re launching a cutting edge Virtual Viewing service
Since lockdown began we have received 4000 enquiries from buyers and tenants, so as we re-open our branches and start to repatriate staff, we are excited to announce the launch of our exclusive 3D Showcase Virtual Viewing technology.
Our RICS Qualified Property Technicians capture a three-dimensional, high definition scan of your property which you can see below. We then combine the 3D virtual tour with our cutting edge video conferencing software, to allow our sales professionals to guide potential purchasers around your property in a virtual environment.
If you are interested in finding out how much your property is worth and how we can arrange a 3D Showcase for your home, book a free, no-obligation valuation of your home.
Why Are Virtual Viewings So Important?
Despite taking all necessary PPE precautions, traditional property viewings still present an element of risk in the current climate. So it’s understandable if you’re nervous about allowing people through the door, or if buyers are hesitant to physically visit because of concerns for their health during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Virtual viewings play an essential role towards dramatically reducing the physical foot traffic through your home, whilst at the same time increasing your chance of finding a buyer.
Our clients can now say goodbye to keeping your property tidy before the next viewing or rearranging your schedule around potential buyers. Once we have a 3D showcase of your property, we will accompany buyers around your home with no disturbance to your daily life.
Our cutting edge 3D room scanning technology allows potential purchasers to digitally measure any part of your home vastly reducing the need for second viewings.
Is the market busy right now?
Over the last few weeks, our branches have continued to operate “remotely”, with our staff getting used to being busy on behalf of our clients from the comfort of our home office or learning how to cope with video conferences with our children in the background. Despite all the challenges we’ve been pleasantly surprised by the number of enquiries and levels of business arranged since lockdown began.
We fully recognise many people may be nervous about venturing out after such a long spell in lockdown. We are here for you, safe to use, and fully energised to help you achieve what you need from your move. We will respect the trust the government has bestowed upon us.
If you have any questions, worries, or concerns whatsoever, please pick up the phone and talk with us. We are so glad to be back fully and look forward to helping you.
