Sales Progressor

We are looking for a new Sales Progressor to join us on a permanent basis covering our offices in Harrow and Pinner.

The day to day responsibilities for the Move Manager position would be:

  • Co-ordinating and overseeing all associated sales transactions from offer acceptance to the point of satisfactory completion
  • Entering or checking the accuracy of data pertaining to properties, vendors, and purchasers on Reapit
  • Completing all relevant correspondence during the sales process within the set guidelines
  • Ensuring that all business practices are in line with appropriate and current legislation, in particular; Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008; Money Laundering Regulations 2007; Estate Agents Act 1974
  • Ensuring compliance with the Company Data Protection Policy
  • Preparing weekly reports on sales leads and progression, ensuring performance standards are met
  • Develop effective working relationships with solicitors, IFA’s, and the branch network
  • Managing the offices pipelines and keeping both vendors and purchasers updated
  • Working with the branch managers  to resolve any potential issues
  • Being a point of contact to vendors and purchasers for advice
  • Producing accurate exchange projections for the directors and branch managers
  • Improving number of days from sale to exchange
  • Implementing ideas and strategies to improve efficiency and reduce fall-throughs

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in front-line sales or sales progression within estate agency
  • An understanding of the mortgage application process
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Communication skills
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills
  • IT literate

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
