We're seeking an accomplished Lister/Valuer to join our Gerrards Cross office. Based in a prime position in this desirable postcode, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar area, thrive on success, and enjoy operating in a competitive, professional environment.
As a Sales Valuer, you will be a key member of staff who will conduct and generate valuations. The successful candidate will already have sales valuation and listing experience. You will have a proven track record of generating new business and winning instructions. You will also be committed to offering outstanding customer service and local knowledge is desirable.
Required skills and experience:
- Consistent track record within Estate Agency with valuations/ appraisals/ listings
- Hold a full and valid UK drivers' licence and have access to your own transport
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Target driven and dynamic
- Analytical skills to identify market and economic trends
- Provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Reapit software would be preferable
The hours of work will be from 9am to 6.30pm Monday-Thursday, 9am to 6pm Fridays and 9am to 4pm alternate Saturdays.
