10. Refund Policy
Any and all refunds for payments are to be from the Gibbs Gillespie Accounts Team. Any payments made on line using the Worldpay service will also be refunded via the Gibbs Gillespie Accounts team

If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay or from our Bank and once it has been agreed by Gibbs Gillespie that a refund is due to you.

To request a refund or cancel a payment please call 0208 866 7424 or email accounts@gibbs-gillespie.co.uk. Please ensure you include the property reference and amount paid in any correspondence.

A refund is not due to you if you have paid a holding deposit for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property or you fail the necessary credit checks.

Please note all transactions take approximately 3- 10 working days to clear and until all funds are cleared no error refunds can be given during this time.

11. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

12. Severability
If these Terms or any part of them should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable under the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent that they are so illegal, invalid or unenforceable, they shall in that state or country be treated as severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining Terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable in that state or country.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other written agreement between you and Gibbs Gillespie then the latter shall prevail.
