Senior Lettings Consultant Ruislip

Gibbs Gillespie are looking for a driven individual to join our flagship Ruislip branch as their new Senior Lettings Consultant. 

To be considered you will have previous experience within residential lettings and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. The role will include networking for new instructions and contributing to managing the company’s existing client base to obtain instructions. 

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting the manager in developing market share
  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieving personal and branch KPI's
  • Introducing new business
  • Being the stream of communication between our clients and prospective tenants with sharing information
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Supporting the branch manager with ad hoc tasks
